WHY YF&R?:
I was told about YF&R by a friend to join this organization last year and regret not knowing about it earlier. The ability to build strong connections with your peers is one of the strongest assets to this organization. YF&R has the unique ability to combine Professional Development, Networking and Advocacy all tied together under the umbrella of the Agricultural Industry. As I High School Agriculture Teacher my students are involved in FFA and for me this Organization is similar to that model. As working professionals in the industry, we can get together and create change on a Local, State and National Level.
