REMINDER – Dairy Plus Applications Due Sept. 14

Less than two weeks remain to apply for the final round of the Dairy Plus Program. Applications are due Sept. 14, with more than $34 million available to support California dairy farmers implementing advanced manure management projects. Individual projects may receive up to $1.25 million in funding.
The program, administered through the California Department of Food and Agriculture in collaboration with California Dairy Research Foundation, is funded through the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Advancing Markets for Producers initiative and is open to all dairy farmers.
Farmers interested in applying are encouraged to start the process as soon as possible to allow enough time to navigate CDFA’s new application portal and complete the application. For more information and application materials, visit the Dairy Plus Program webpage.
