Export-Import Bank and USDA Announce New Partnership

Earlier this week, the U.S. Department of Agriculture announced an expanded partnership with the Export-Import Bank of the United States, or EXIM, in order to boost domestic production and exports as they try to tackle our agricultural trade deficit. The announcement includes the launching of the Financial Assurance to Revitalize Markets, or FARM, Initiative, an effort to modernize the export credit guarantee program.
