The U.S. Department of Agriculture will host a presentation on Disaster Losses and Related Tax Rules on July 28 from 11 a.m.–12:30 p.m. (PDT). The presentation will discuss how federal income tax regulations can potentially provide relief by allowing deductions for losses of business-use property. Given our state’s varied impacts across multiple disaster types, members are encouraged to consider participating.
