California Agricultural Compost Strategy Seeks Producer Input

CalRecycle and the California Department of Food and Agriculture are developing a statewide California agricultural compost strategy to advance the use of compost in agricultural production. As part of this effort, the state seeks input from farmers and ranchers about their experiences, perspectives and needs related to compost.
Producers do not need to use or produce compost to participate. The survey is open to all farmers and ranchers and will help inform the development of the statewide strategy. Responses are anonymous and will be aggregated with other responses.
As an agricultural producer in California, your experiences can help shape the development and implementation of this strategy. Whether you are making or using compost, thinking about it or not using it at all, your input is valuable. Take 15 minutes to share your experiences and opinions through the survey.
