USDA Programs 101 Information Session Scheduled for Aug. 28
On Thursday, Aug. 28, from 9 to 11 a.m. Pacific Standard Time, USDA agencies, including the Farm Service Agency, Natural Resources Conservation Service, Rural Development and the Office of Partnerships & Public Engagement will host an in-person USDA Programs 101 information session.
The event will provide farmers, ranchers and rural community representatives with an overview of key programs and resources offered by each agency. Attendees will also have the opportunity for one-on-one conversations with USDA technical advisers to better understand eligibility requirements, application processes and the documents needed before visiting a USDA service center. This session also serves as a platform for USDA leaders to hear directly from stakeholders about the support they need. To register, email Juan Alvarez at Juan.Alvarez@usda.gov. Space is limited to the first 75 registrants. Staff contact: Erin Huston, ehuston@cfbf.com
