On March 10 at 10 a.m. PST, the U.S. Department of Agriculture California Farm Service Agency office is holding a webinar on the Stage 2 portion of the Supplemental Disaster Relief Program. The webinar is for all California farmers and ranchers to learn more about the program, which will distribute nearly $1 billion to specialty crop producers and others.
