USDA Announces State FSA Committee
Earlier this week, the U.S. Department of Agriculture announced the appointees set to serve on California’s Farm Service Agency state committee. It includes Chairman Thomas Barcellos of Porterville, Deborah Arnold of Santa Margarita, Thomas Butler of Woodland, Al Stehly of Valley Center and Rose Tryon of Crescent City. The committee intends to help maintain cooperative relationships between industry stakeholders and FSA, as well as help promote opportunities for farmers and ranchers around the state.
