President Signs Dairy Bill
On Wednesday, President Trump signed the Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act, which passed Congress last month ahead of the holidays. The law allows schools participating in the National School Lunch Program to offer whole milk, aligning with recent updates to the U.S. dietary guidelines that recognize the role of healthy fats and dairy. The bill passed both chambers under suspended rules with bipartisan support.
