California Farm Bureau Submits WOTUS Comments on EPA Proposal
Earlier this month, California Farm Bureau submitted comments to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on its updated definition of “waters of the United States,” or WOTUS. While a key Supreme Court decision was issued more than two years ago, subsequent rulemakings and guidance created additional uncertainty. California Farm Bureau is hopeful the proposed rule will provide clearer, more durable regulatory standards for landowners and agriculture.
