Mary Winn Named Assistant Treasurer of California Farm Bureau

A 20-year employee of the California Farm Bureau Federation has been appointed assistant treasurer for the organization.
Mary Winn will assist Farm Bureau Secretary & Treasurer Joseph Peters. She will oversee the federation's Financial Services, Human Resources and Membership Services departments as well as other administrative services.
"Mary has successfully assumed new responsibilities throughout her tenure at Farm Bureau, and her appointment reflects our board's strong confidence in her abilities," California Farm Bureau President Bill Pauli said. "She is a key contributor in providing important services to Farm Bureau members."
Winn served most recently as financial services manager for the Farm Bureau. She joined the organization in 1984 as accounting supervisor. Prior to her Farm Bureau service, she worked for Carter-Hawley-Hale Stores and the Ernst & Whinney accounting firm.
A certified public accountant, Winn serves on the California Farm Bureau Federation Finance Committee.
"Mary Winn's knowledge and experience will help assure that our organization maintains its strong financial base while offering the services our members require," Pauli said.
Based in Sacramento, the California Farm Bureau Federation is the state's largest farm organization, representing more than 89,000 members statewide.
